3. Advice and remuneration:
As insurance agents, we offer you advice. The remuneration – known as brokerage commission – for our advisory, brokerage and support services is paid by the insurance company in accordance with customary practice. The brokerage commission is included in the insurance premium. Any deviations from this must be expressly agreed between us and the client. In particular, when brokering so-called net products, a separate remuneration agreement is usually concluded which obliges the client to pay the remuneration. Net products are products for which the brokerage commission is not included in the insurance premium. Our company does not receive any remuneration in the form of other benefits.
